City of Norfolk 2026 Juneteenth Banner Installation

The City of Norfolk requested designs this year and I answered the City’s call for an original banner flag commemorating Juneteenth and the nation’s upcoming semi-quincentennial celebration. My powerful submission was selected for public display, highlighting the significance of freedom, resilience, and historical reflection.
